Issue with your PackageUpdated a year ago

Transit can be harsh, specially on liquids and glass containers. 


If you find that your box has been damaged in-transit, please take a photo of the damage, reject the box from the courier, and get in touch with us to send a replacement.



If your order was delivered and some items have been damaged, please follow this easy steps:


  1. Take a photo of the box and/or damaged products
  2. Submit photos and your Order # here or contact us via Chat, Text to 844-801-2899, or email to [email protected]
  3. You'll receive a confirmation from us with the new tracking number for your replacement order. Replacements usually ship on the next business day.
Photos help us make a claim with the shipping courier. Thank you for your patience and helping us make it right!
