If you're considering returning an item from our Shop, it's very likely that we can help you solve the issue before returning the product.

Your order contains easy-to-use cleaning products and we'll be more than happy to guide you on how to use them properly or even check if it's compatible with the surface that you're planning to clean.

How to proceed with a Return

In the rare case that you're not satisfied with your order, we will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, clean, and new (not used, or washed).

Due to COVID-19, Hand Sanitizers do not qualify for return.

Please, email us your return request to [email protected] or via our Chat. Just let us know your order # or the email that you have used to make the purchase. We'll double check if you qualify for the return and send you the instructions on how to return. To make it easy, you have the flexibility to:

  • Get your own shipping label (we recommend USPS for domestic returns)
  • Request a return label for a discounted rate that will be deducted from your refund.

Once returns are received and accepted, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in-store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Everneat will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
